General Instructions for Delegate Registrations, Pre Conference, & Scientific Submissions
1. Delegate Registrations
(i) Delegate registrant have to follow below table and make payment by scanning QR or offline payment as per the belonging category, save transaction reference sheet/ bank slip as jpg format(upto 200kb) to upload while filling registration form.

Candidate have to fill delegate registration form by clicking
Delegate Registrations or following above menu options, and its mandatory to upload and scanned/screenshot copy of transaction details.
(iii)Please take screenshot/copy/note regsitration details after successfull registration.

2. Scientific Submissions
(i)For Scientific Submissions candidate have to finish delegate registration process by selecting UG Delegate/PG Delegate.(ii)Candidate have to submit your abstract in the form of pdf with duely signed by HOD or Equallent/Higher Authority from your respective institution.
(iii)After recieving your delegate registration number, Candidate have to validate your delegate registration and fill the form by clicking
Scientific Submission and must upload the signed abstract form(PDF format).
(iv) We will inform you regarding your scientific submisssion after your submission.

3. Pre Conference
(i) Candidate have to make payment as per the mentioned amount for each lecture by scanning QR or offline payment as per the belonging category, save transaction reference sheet/bank slip as ".jpg" format(upto 200kb) to upload while filling registration form.
(ii) Candidate have to fill pre conference registration form by clicking
Pre Conference Registations or following above menu options, and its mandatory to upload a scanned/screenshot copy of transaction details.
(iii) You will be informed about your registraion number and conference invitation details within 24 hours on your whatsapp & email.
